Our Associates & Team
William CHANG Born a native Chinese and raised in Hong Kong. Graduated from a prestigious high school in the region. Furthered his education in Canada, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and complemented with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Started his career in Toronto with a heavy road paving equipment manufacturer. Changed career and worked for Hallmark Cards for over 10 years in various managerial positions. During that time, assisted Hallmark in looking at the China market as well as marketed Chinese cards for Canada. Upon the request by the owner of Myland Industrial Company ltd. in 1997 to establish Plumbmax International Inc. managed and operated since inception.
David LOK Born a native Chinese and raised in Hong Kong and obtained his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor, Ontario in Canada. Returned to Hong Kong to further his career. Started with his supply chain management with with P&G (HK) and became its "logistics manager", then with an expanded role with British American Tobacco (China), he has a comprehensive knowledge of how the Chinese market operates. He also understands Asian Pacific very well from having regional role as "Supply Chain Manager" for Taikoo Sugar and "Operation Manger" for L'Oreal Asia Pacific Duty Free. Since 2005 joined Plumbmax International as an associate.
Michael DIMINICH Mr. Diminich is a graduate of Cornell University (Bachelor of Science, Agricultural Economics, Business Management, 1985) and Boston University (Masters Degree, International Business Management, 1990.) He holds a United States Customs Broker License.
He was a manager in a Big Four Trade & Custom's Practice and was also employed in the Office of Antidumping Compliance within the United States Department of Commerce for many years.
During the past 15 years of consulting. Mr. Diminich has travelled extensively in the Asian region and assisted clients in China, Asia and in the United States for the development of strategies to minimize clients' anti-dumping and or import duty liabilities into the United States. He has also worked closely with Chinese companies on the development and implementation of internal controls of accounting and financial systems for filing of Anti-Dumping submission to the US Department of Commerce.
Mr. Diminich has worked closely with Mr. William Chang during the last five years on numerous projects and joined Plumbmax International in 2009 as an associate.
Chun Rong CHEN
Mr. Chan is a native Chinese graduated from Guangxi University. He was the plant manager of Buxin Myland Foundry and has over 30 years of mechanical engineering experience. Before joining Buxin Myland, Mr. Chan was employed by other manufacturing facilities in different part of China. He has a lot of experience in die casting, stamping, sand casting, forging, precision machining as well as general mechanical processes. He is in charge of a team of qualified inspectors for production inspection. In addition, he will assist in the qualification process in accessing a new manufacturing facility in China. He brings valuable manufacturing experiences to the Plumbmax group.
